Kobe beef, known as one of Japan's three major wagyu, refers to "Tajima beef that has cleared the world's strictest standards." We offer this exceptional quality ingredient through our teppanyaki steak, prepared right in front of you. All the cuts we have available are premium. Among them, the "Premium Kobe Beef Fillet," which comes from a single cow that has been raised for 32 months to reach 700 kg, yields only about 8 kg of this particular cut. You can enjoy it for 36,960 yen (tax included) for 120 grams.
