Our recommendation is homemade hand-rolled pasta! In particular, we take pride in our Tortelli del Betta from Parma (square ravioli filled with homemade ricotta cheese made using our unique method) and Anolini in Brodo (small ravioli filled with meat served in a broth). We always have a variety of stuffed pasta that showcases different regional flavors. Enjoy a blissful moment with your loved ones... We invite you to try it at least once!

At "Aduepassi," we hold a Pershu Bondabon meeting every two months, inviting Japan's only Parma ham craftsman, Mr. Tada. This Bondabon meeting allows you to feel Mr. Tada's thoughts and passion for Pershu. We welcome both repeat attendees and those who have been interested in the meeting for a while. We also have occasional music events! Please make your reservations as early as possible!
